Añejo Fortress
An artisanal aged tequila crafted in the valleys of Jalisco from blue agave baked in a stone oven and ground with a tahona (a traditional Mexican agave). Fermented in wooden vats and distilled in copper stills, it ages for approximately 18 months in American oak barrels, achieving a complex and elegant expression that perfectly balances the intensity of the agave with the depth of the wood.
